Position Summary
- Assist in providing direct quality patient care under the direction and supervision of a registered nurse. Participates in the assessment of patients.
- Assists in developing, implementing and evaluating/revising the plan of care.
- Attends educational programs and staff orientation which promote and professional development.
- Develops leadership role within the LPN scope of practice.
- Participates in Service Excellence Program.
Minimum Requirements
- LPN Diploma
- Active NC LPN License or compact state
- American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
- Exposure and practice of medication administration from educational preparation and student clinical practice.
Clinical Ladder
- LPN I hourly range > $22.42 - $32.68
- Final compensation is determined on career ladder placement (LPN I - III)

- Location/Department: ECU Health Beaufort (Washington, NC) - Surgical Unit (27 bed unit)
- This position is full-time (36hrs/week) night shift with rotating weekends and holidays.
