About the role
We are seeking an experienced Pega Technical Lead with 10-12 years of hands-on experience in Pega PRPC/Pega Infinity development.. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, Product Owners, and Lead System Architects (LSAs) to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance BPM and Case Management solutions in an Agile environment.
In this role, you will
- Design and develop Pega applications following Pega guardrails and best practices.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical designs and implementation solutions.
- Configure and develop: Case Management Data Pages Flows and Flow Actions Decision Rules User Interfaces Integrations Correspondence and Notification features

- Work closely with Lead System Architects (LSAs) to implement enterprise architecture standards and reusable frameworks.
Work model

Based on this role’s business requirements, this is a hybrid position requiring 2-3 days a week in a client or Cognizant office in Austin, TX or Memphis, TN. What you need to have to be considered
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
- CSSA Certification (Mandatory).
- CSA Certification (Mandatory prerequisite).

The annual salary for this position is between $130,000 -$150,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
