Location - Chicago IL/ New York, NY and Atlanta GA
Responsibilities:-
- Develop and configure Pega applications using Constellation UX and design best practices for BCM and Insurance use cases.
- Implement business rules, workflows, and data models aligned with Common Data Model standards for financial and insurance operations.
- Collaborate with architects and analysts to refine functional and technical requirements specific to banking and insurance domains.
- Support integration development and testing with external systems such as KYC/AML platforms, policy systems, and financial data feeds.
- Participate in performance tuning and production support in high-volume, regulated environments.
Experience and Skills
- 5+ years of experience in Pega development.
- Pega CSSA certification required.
- Hands-on experience with Pega Infinity, Constellation UI, and Integration Designer.
- Familiarity with Common Data Model and RESTful service integration.
- Strong understanding of Pega guardrails and Agile delivery.
The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is :- $100,000.00 - $130,000.00

In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
