We are seeking an Associate Testing Lab Operator.

Description

Operates DN products as directed by test instructions to internal standards. Will receive both verbal and written instructions. Will support testing for members of the quality team and engineering. Documents test results and provides observational information about the products on test for engineering and design verification. Test Lab Operators will work on both prototype and existing products to validate product performance. Support team quality mission of providing accurate data in a timely manner to the highest levels of efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Performs basic requirements in all areas of the testing process that are aligned to designated guidelines and instructions.
  • Reports any and all faults or anomalies during testing.
  • Clearly documents both requested data and observational information as needed.
  • Works in a high security, high scrutiny environment.
  • Maintains organized and clean work area at test cell.
  • Under direct supervision, develops and applies basic procedural knowledge of testing equipment.
  • Develops familiarity with DN products to better understand faults or unexpected operations.
  • Ensures testing is performed at expected pace barring outside factors.
  • Seeks assistance from more experienced team members as required.
  • Follows all safety and procedural guidelines.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience in testing or quality focused position.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with Windows and basic computer skills.
  • Ability to stand or sit for extended periods of time.
  • Ability to lift up to 25lbs.
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks without losing focus (i.e. perform ATM transactions for the entire work shift)
