The Assistant Clinical Research Coordinator (ACRC) will be part of a centralized clinical research team that conducts clinical trials across multiple pediatric sub-specialties. Under the direction of the Clinical Research Supervisor, the incumbent will assist team members with tasks such as data entry, query resolution, document management, and specimen handling. The ACRC will support the team in planning and organizing necessary tasks to ensure adherence to study protocols/manuals and applicable regulations. The ACRC must be able to adapt to changing priorities and work flexible hours to accommodate research deadlines. Travel to other locations may be required. This position is primarily on-site at the UCLA Westwood campus.

This is a limited position that may convert to career.

Required

  • Skill in coordinating information transfer among multiple constituents.

Preferred

  • Experience in a Health Care Setting
