About the role
As a ServiceNow AI Strategy & Go-to-Market Lead, you will make an impact by identifying emerging AI opportunities, shaping innovative go-to-market strategies, and accelerating the adoption of next-generation ServiceNow solutions. You will be a valued member of the ServiceNow Business Group (SNBG) and work collaboratively with ServiceNow product leaders, Cognizant AI teams, sales leaders, and executive stakeholders to bring new AI-powered offerings from concept to scalable market solutions.
In this role, you will
- Identify emerging AI, automation, and ServiceNow platform opportunities and translate them into scalable go-to-market strategies.
- Develop messaging, value propositions, target buyer profiles, and launch plans for new ServiceNow and AI-enabled offerings.
- Partner with ServiceNow product leadership and Cognizant AI teams to align solution strategies with product roadmaps and market priorities.
- Incubate and validate new offerings across AI initiatives, including generative AI, agentic AI, and intelligent workflow solutions.
- Build business cases, proof points, and reference stories that support client adoption and market growth.
- Analyze market trends, competitive intelligence, and customer needs to inform portfolio strategy and investment decisions.
- Represent Cognizant and the ServiceNow Business Group in executive briefings, analyst discussions, and strategic partner engagements.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, solution, and industry teams to transition emerging solutions into repeatable go-to-market programs.
Work model
We strive to provide flexibility wherever possible. Based on this role’s business requirements, this is a remote position open to qualified applicants in the United States. Candidates located in or able to work from the New York/New Jersey area are preferred to support collaboration with key stakeholders and partners.

What you need to have to be considered
- Experience in go-to-market strategy, product marketing, innovation, solution strategy, or business development within enterprise software or technology consulting.
- Strong understanding of AI, automation, cloud platforms, and enterprise workflow technologies.
- Experience developing and launching new products, services, or strategic initiatives.
- Ability to evaluate emerging technologies and translate market opportunities into actionable business strategies.
- Experience presenting to and influencing senior executives, product leaders, and business stakeholders.
- Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and build new programs from the ground up.
These will help you stand out
- Experience working within the ServiceNow ecosystem or partner network.
- Knowledge of generative AI, agentic AI, workflow automation, and digital transformation trends.
- Experience building strategic partnerships with technology providers and alliance organizations.
- Experience supporting analyst relations, thought leadership, or market positioning initiatives.
- Background in enterprise SaaS, consulting, product strategy, or innovation leadership.
- Experience incubating and scaling new solution offerings.
Salary and Other Compensation

The annual salary for this position will be in the range of $133,000 - $155,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
