How you'll make an impact in this role
This position resides under The Resource Group, an end-to-end supply chain partner to healthcare organizations across the United States, wholly-owned by Ascension. At The Resource Group, we build strong relationships with provider teams, working alongside them to improve supply chain operations and lower non-payroll expenses, all in support of delivering quality patient care. Responsibilities for this role can be found below:
- • Lead and manage complex Master Data Management and Operational Support initiatives, coordinating multidisciplinary teams to ensure project milestones align with enterprise supply chain objectives.
- • Oversee the training and rigorous auditing of system requesters to ensure absolute compliance with national purchasing and payables policies and regulatory standards.
- • Serve as the primary owner of the Requester Support ecosystem, directing the strategy for educational content, emergency alerts, and newsletters to maintain high stakeholder engagement and data literacy.
- • Synthesize complex data requirements to configure ERP systems for location-specific items, supplier account architectures, and advanced requester profiles to ensure operational continuity.
- • Lead collaborative efforts with Purchasing and Accounts Payable departments to investigate and resolve sophisticated requester-related discrepancies and systemic process gaps.
- • Architect custom tools and feedback mechanisms designed to enhance the end-user supply chain experience, utilizing data-driven survey insights to drive continuous process improvements.
- What minimum qualifications you'll need
Education
- High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience. OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
