The Corporate Communications Associate is responsible for managing and executing internal and external communication strategies that enhance the company’s visibility, reputation, and employee engagement. This role contributes to content development, campaign coordination, and channel management, ensuring communications are clear, consistent, and aligned with business goals.
Essential Key Responsibilities
Assist in the development and delivery of integrated communications plans.
Work with Global Head of Communications on Corporate Responsibility communications as required.
Contribute to communications that inform and engage employees around product launches, campaigns, and business initiatives.
Create and publish content across internal and external channels including newsletters, intranet, email, and social media.
Draft and edit communications materials including articles, talking points, and presentation content.
Help coordinate logistics for virtual and in-person events including town halls and media engagements.
Monitor and update internal platforms to ensure timely and relevant messaging.
Track engagement metrics and prepare reports using communications tools.
Contribute ideas to evolve communication efforts based on industry trends and stakeholder feedback.
Essential Skills and/or Certifications
Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, journalism, or a related field is required.
2+ years of experience either an agency or in-house setting.
Experience developing internal and external communications programs.
Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to tailor messaging for different audiences.
Experience using various communications tools for intranet editing (SharePoint), metrics tracking (Google Analytics, email tracking software), graphics creation (PowerPoint, Photoshop) and video editing software preferred.
Organized and collaborative with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
Self-starter with a passion for communications and eagerness to learn.

Ability to sit, speak and operate telephone and/or computer for long periods of time

Ability to stand, walk, climb, kneel, crouch and bend over for work at office premises and office events
