What the day will look like Aon Transaction Solutions (“ATS”) focuses on brokerage of transaction liability insurance products (e.g., Representations & Warranties, Tax, Litigation and other Contingent risks), largely in the context of M&A transactions. We are looking for a Vice President - Broker to support the Reps & Warranties team in execution of R&W insurance placements for Aon’s corporate and private equity clients and prospects. How this opportunity is different This is a unique opportunity to step into a market-leading Transaction Solutions team and play a key role in high-profile M&A transactions for private equity and corporate clients. You'll work alongside some of the industry's top brokers and former M&A attorneys, gaining exposure to complex deal structures, strategic negotiations, and client-facing advisory work. With Aon's scale, collaborative culture, and unmatched transaction volume, you'll build specialized expertise while accelerating your professional growth in a dynamic, fast-paced environment Skills and experience that will lead to success Partner with & lead junior brokers in all facets of deal execution from initial client intake through the transaction’s signing/closing. Support team in long-term projects passionate about key critical initiatives. Prepare analyses for private equity and corporate clients and insurance carrier meetings, as well as internal team meetings. Develop relationships within the TS team and wider Aon, as well as developing trust and confidence with clients as well as carrier partners. Prior Finance, Accounting, or Data Analytics Coursework or Internship Experience. Skilled in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Ability to work collaboratively as a key member of a team and independently with minimal direction. Effective presentation, reporting and interpersonal skills. Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to prioritize and multi-task. Ability to attain a Broker’s License within 90 days of employment. Pay Transparency Laws: The salary range for this position (intended for U.S. applicants) is $200,000 to $250,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant’s geographic location. This position is eligible to participate in one of Aon’s annual incentive plans to receive[an annual discretionary bonus in addition to base salary. The amount of any bonus varies and is subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable incentive plan.
