Lake Seminole Square is seeking a compassionate, hospitality-focused Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide exceptional care for our residents in a beautiful lakefront senior living community. This position provides direct nursing care to residents and delegates and supervises the care provided by our Quality of Life Specialists / Resident Assistants. Responsibilities

Provide direct nursing care according to physician orders and nursing standards
Monitor resident health and report changes
Develop and update resident care plans
Support residents with daily living activities while promoting independence
Supervise and collaborate with caregiving staff
Communicate resident needs and community updates to nursing leadership

Qualifications

Current Florida LPN license
Strong clinical, communication, and teamwork skills
Passion for serving seniors
Ability to respond to community emergencies as needed
