Seeking Staffing Specialist!

Full-time, Dayshift M-F 8 hours/5 shifts a week ​

The Timekeeping Specialist is responsible for supporting organizational timekeeping and payroll processes through auditing, monitoring, and resolving timekeeping exceptions. This role works collaboratively with managers and payroll personnel to ensure accurate employee time records, compliance with organizational policies, and timely payroll processing. The Timekeeping Specialist serves as a resource for leaders regarding timekeeping procedures, attendance tracking, and payroll-related system support.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Two (2) years administrative experience
• Two (2) years staffing/scheduling experience in a hospital environment preferred; familiarity with API/Workday systems preferred; Proficiency in Microsoft Office application preferred
