Position Responsibilities
- · Manages employees performing activities in multiple manufacturing disciplines
- · Develops and executes business plans, policies and procedures and develops organizational and technical strategies
- · Acquires resources, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements
- · Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports
- · Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes
- · Manages, develops and motivates employees
This position must meet U.S. export control compliance requirements. To meet U.S. export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.62 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, U.S. National, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)
- · This manager position required you to have a minimum of one year of leadership experience (team leader, temp manager, large scale cross functional project/program manahement, or formal manager experience) OR completion of the Boeing internal course “Exploring Leadership.”
- · 3+ years’ experience working in or supporting a manufacturing environment
- · 3+ years’ experience leading teams in a formal leadership role or informal role
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience)
- · Bachelor’s degree or higher in a business-related field
- · 3+ years of experience leading a team or project
- This position is for C-Shift. Shift Hours: Friday - Sunday 6:00am – 6:30pm
