Role Overview
- Location: On-site (Sanford, NC)
- Schedule: 3rd Shift; Monday through Friday
- Pay Rate: $21/hour
Your Mission as a Desktop Support Analyst I
- Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and peripherals
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues via phone, chat, or in person
- Install, deploy, and maintain company systems and applications
- Track and resolve incidents using internal ticketing systems while meeting SLAs
- Perform software updates, including Microsoft security patches and antivirus signatures
- Document processes and create knowledge base articles
- Act as a liaison with third-party vendors and technicians
- Order parts for hardware maintenance and repairs
- Participate in special projects and continuous improvement initiatives
- What You Bring to the Team
Education & Certifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field OR
- 2 years of equivalent work experience
- A+ Certification preferred
Experience & Skills
- Intermediate troubleshooting skills for hardware and software
- Familiarity with Microsoft O365 Suite and SharePoint
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with a strong customer service focus
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Other Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
- Ability to pass a background check prior to hire
