You will report to the Business Manager and work with other accountants in an on-site office environment. This is a full-time role, Monday through Friday 8:00AM- 5:00PM.

Location: 2020 Crestview Dr Hudson, WI 54016

The anticipated starting pay for this role is $19.00-23.00, based on factors such as experience, and internal equity. Final compensation will be determined through the interview process and in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.

• General ledger Posting of New & Used Car Deals
• Schedule reviews and maintenance
• Account Coding & Processing vendor invoice
• Accounting for manufacturer monies
• RDR & Rebate Reconciliations
• Other duties as assigned

• 1+ years Auto industry experience (preferred)
• 2+ years prior accounting experience or Accounting Degree
• Customer service orientation and team collaboration
• Basic accounting knowledge (e.g., COA, debits/credits)
• Build relationships with other teams
