Responsibilities
We are seeking a Senior HRIS Analyst to support and optimize our Workday platform across key functional areas including Talent, Performance, Recruiting, Learning, and Advanced Compensation. This role will play a critical part in our ongoing Workday implementation journey, future system expansion, and continuous improvement efforts while partnering closely with HR, Payroll, IT, Finance, and external vendors.
- Configure, maintain, and support Workday Talent, Performance, Recruiting, Learning, and Advanced Compensation modules.
- Manage business processes, condition rules, system enhancements, and data integrity across the platform.
- Support Workday implementation activities, including testing, configuration validation, data migration, and issue resolution.
- Participate in future Workday module deployments and system expansion initiatives.
- Provide Tier 2/Tier 3 support for Workday-related issues and user inquiries.
- Develop and maintain reports, perform data audits, and support HR data governance efforts.
- Partner with internal teams and external vendors to troubleshoot integrations and support ongoing system enhancements.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance HR processes and user experience.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in an HRIS Analyst or similar role
- Hands‑on experience administering Workday
- Experience administering and supporting Workday HCM and related modules.
- Hands-on experience with Workday Talent, Performance, Recruiting, Learning, and/or Advanced Compensation preferred.
- Strong understanding of Workday business processes, reporting, security, and data management.
- Experience supporting Workday implementations, enhancements, and release cycles.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across HR, Payroll, Finance, IT, and external partners.
- Advanced Excel and reporting skills preferred.
