Seeking Bed Placement Specialist!
Part-time (48 hours biweekly), Nightshift 2–12-hour shifts/week/rotating weekends
Southern Indiana/Louisville, Kentucky area
The Bed Placement Coordinator is responsible for real-time patient placement and bed assignment across the hospital to ensure timely admissions, efficient throughput, and optimal use of inpatient capacity. This role coordinates patient flow from the Emergency Department, Operating Room, procedural areas, direct admissions, and transfers while working closely with nursing units, physicians, and ancillary departments. Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Associate’s degree preferred
