The Data Center Operations (DCO) team is looking for a night shift technician responsible for deploying, maintaining, and troubleshooting the IT hardware used in Amazon's data centers.

This position is for Night shift. The key Responsibilities will be

Server Repair – Troubleshooting hardware failures, identifying root causes, and repairing or replacing failing components

High Impact Event Response – Responding to network failures (e.g., link outages, rackdowns), and high-priority hardware repairs

Basic Qualifications

High school or equivalent diploma
1+ years of computer/server hardware troubleshooting or related IT experience
Work a flexible schedule including weekends, nights, and holidays

Preferred Qualifications

Experience dealing effectively with customers during problem resolution and operating efficiently under pressure
Knowledge of network design, protocols and Layer 1/2 troubleshooting
