POSITION SUMMARY

Netradyne is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Senior Accountant to join our growing Finance & Accounting team. Reporting directly to the Senior Accounting Manager, this role will support core accounting operations, commission accounting, payroll support, debt and financing activities, audit support, quarterly reporting, and process improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate brings strong accounting fundamentals, a continuous improvement mindset, and a passion for building scalable processes within a high-growth AI and SaaS organization.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities, including account reconciliations, supporting schedules, fixed assets, and compliance with accounting policies and internal controls.
  • Assist with debt, financing, quarterly reporting, executive and Board reporting materials, external audit requests, and year-end audit activities.
  • Manage and support commission accounting processes, including reconciliations, accruals, reporting, and commission-related inquiries.
  • Support payroll-related accounting activities and collaborate with cross-functional teams including Finance, Payroll, Sales Operations, Business Systems, and international accounting resources.
  • Prepare and analyze financial data to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance with accounting standards.
  • Identify opportunities to automate manual workflows, streamline reporting, improve efficiency, and strengthen internal controls.
  • Support external audits and maintain audit-ready documentation.
  • Partner with business leaders to solve operational challenges and support strategic initiatives.
  • Assist in the development and enhancement of scalable accounting processes and procedures.

Required

  • 3-6 years of accounting or finance experience.
  • Strong experience with NetSuite ERP.
  • Experience with commission accounting, reconciliations, accruals, and accounting operations.
  • Strong understanding of GAAP and accounting principles.
  • Experience supporting month-end and year-end close activities.
  • Proven ability to identify and improve manual processes through automation and process enhancements.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and accountability.

Preferred

  • CPA designation.
  • Experience supporting a sales-driven organization.
  • Background within high-growth SaaS, technology, biotech, healthcare, or similar industries.
  • Experience with NetSuite Fixed Assets.
  • Experience supporting external audits, quarterly reporting, debt and financing activities.
  • Exposure to process automation and business process improvement initiatives.
  • Experience working with global or international accounting teams.

EDUCATION

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field required.
  • CPA certification preferred but not required.

HYBRID WORK SCHEDULE

We believe in the value of in-person collaboration while maintaining flexibility. Team members work from the office on Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday, with remote work on Tuesday and Friday.
