The Opportunity

As a Senior Strategy Consultant, you will help shape executive discussions with blue chip companies on transformation — contributing to executive workshops, written points of view, and client sessions alongside senior members of the team. As part of our Global Enterprise Transformation team, y ou will conduct research, interview stakeholders, perform data analysis, support high-polish executive experience workshops, build business cases, and develop strategic recommendations to drive business growth and operational excellence for our clients. Executive engagement is authentically focused on the clients’ journey but in service to sales of our analyst lauded and industry leading S aaS platform. This position offers exposure to diverse industries across North America, including Fortune 100 clients, and collaborating with a team of experienced professionals.

We are seeking candidates who are based along the East Coast for this role.

• Support the design and delivery of high-polish executive workshops that harness the expertise across Planview into cohesive and impactful events for new and existing clients
• Conduct research on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive positioning to surface insights and growth opportunities for clients
• Conduct small (~4 week) strategy engagements to guide clients on transformation
• Prepare and deliver high-quality presentations and reports to communicate findings, recommendations, and transformation roadmap plans to clients
• Develop CFO quality business cases and value narratives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement internal strategic initiatives for the growth of Planview
• Develop points of view that combine industry best practices, emerging trends, innovative strategies, and our company capabilities to continuously enhance our perspective and relevance for clients
• Engage in person regionally, as required, within a mix of virtual and in-person events

What You'll Bring

• 3–5 years of experience in a similar role. Examples would include a top-tier management consulting firm, the strategy group of a top-tier Global Systems Integrator, or the internal strategy consultancy of a market-leading enterprise
• Engagement in operating model, digital transformation, portfolio management, or enterprise strategy work
• Master’s degree preference or equivalent experience in business, economics, finance, informatics, technology

• Exceptional technical visualization skills using PowerPoint, physical whiteboards, virtual whiteboards, and Excel
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to distill complex information into clear and actionable insights
• Strong business acumen and a passion for understanding and solving complex business challenges
• Proven ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Integrative use of AI for quality and amplification of insights

• Direct engagement in executive transformation discussions across major enterprises
• A clear development path toward leading engagements and executive relationships
• Apply consulting skillset in a high-impact enterprise SaaS context
• Work on complex strategy and operating model challenges across industries
• Collaborate with experienced practitioners across strategy, transformation, and technology domains
